HCL Technologies earned high praise from its customers in the 2022 Gartner® Peer Insights™ ‘Voice of the Customer’ report for Digital Commerce. Digital Commerce vendors with 20 or more eligible published customer reviews during the specified 18-month submission period rated vendors on user interest and adoption. Only businesses with revenues of $50 million or higher were eligible to submit reviews.
