HCLSoftware today announced the general availability of HCL Z Asset Optimizer (ZAO) v2.1.1, a market-leading solution for discovering and monitoring software assets on IBM System Z (mainframe) platform. Whether looking for a solution to manage IBM/ISV software products or in-house applications, ZAO provides the insights needed to manage them effectively.
HCL ZAO v2.1.1 includes significant enhancements ONLY available from HCLSoftware:
It is released for two platforms:
- ZAO on z/OS – In this platform, we are adding new reports for License Verification Feature and API support with documentation via SWAGGER.
- ZAO Containers on Linux Z – In this platform release we are providing new and updated analysis reports including import support for the z/OS Tagger for Local Knowledge Database (LKB) updates
